College Student Study Abroad Program Design & Assessment

My colleague and I designed a culturally immersive, short-term study abroad program for U.S. college students at Escuela Entrelenguas, a Spanish language school in Southern Spain. We conducted an extensive needs assessment, modeled and designed the program, created an accompanying comprehensive assessment plan, and provided future recommendations.

Action Council of Monterey // Monterey, California

My colleague and I worked with the Action Council of Monterey to design a program logic model for the local Muejeres en Acción pilot program that aims to "increase the number of women in Monterey County that are economically self sufficient." We also researched and compiled participatory, culturally relevant evaluation methods for eventual assessment of the program.
